UPI payment QR
Let customers pay straight from the bill.
- Your UPI ID
- Exact amount filled in
- Bill number in the note
Add a UPI QR so customers pay by scanning the bill, print the e-invoice QR when the law needs it, and scan item barcodes at the counter. Milaan ERP puts the right code on the right bill without any extra work.

Most small businesses now take payments by UPI, but customers still type the amount by hand and staff still check screenshots to see who paid what. A QR code on the bill with the amount already filled in makes this quicker and stops underpayments.
Codes also matter for GST. Businesses with turnover above ₹5 crore must issue e-invoices for B2B sales, and those invoices carry a signed QR code from the government’s Invoice Registration Portal. Very large businesses, above ₹500 crore, must also print a dynamic QR code on B2C invoices.
Milaan ERP prints the right code on the right bill. Every bill can carry a UPI QR for the exact amount. E-invoices carry their signed QR and IRN. And at the counter, item barcodes make billing fast and accurate.
You set it up once. After that, it simply appears on every bill.
These are the small, daily problems that codes on bills fix.
Customers type the amount by hand and pay a little less, or pay twice.
The UPI QR on the bill carries the exact amount and bill number.
Staff look at payment screenshots to confirm who paid.
The bill number travels with the payment, making it easy to match.
The IRN is generated, but the printed bill doesn’t show the signed QR.
Once the e-invoice is ready, its QR and IRN print on the bill automatically.
Items are searched by name and typed in.
Scan the product barcode and the item, price and tax come in at once.
Switch on what you need. Each one works on its own.
Let customers pay straight from the bill.

Here is how codes find their way onto your bills.
Enter your UPI ID and choose which codes to print on which bills.
At the counter, scan item barcodes. Prices and tax fill in.
The bill prints or goes on WhatsApp with a UPI QR for the exact amount, and the e-invoice QR if it is an e-invoice.
The customer scans and pays. The bill number in the payment note makes matching quick.
A UPI payment QR is optional and simply makes life easier. Two other codes are legal requirements for some businesses. If your annual turnover is above ₹5 crore, B2B invoices must be e-invoices, and they carry the signed QR code issued by the Invoice Registration Portal. If your turnover is above ₹500 crore, B2C invoices must carry a dynamic QR code.
Milaan ERP supports all three, so you can start with a simple UPI QR and keep using the same software as your business and its obligations grow.
