Does it really work with no internet at all?
Yes. Milaan ERP Offline runs entirely on your PC with MySQL as the local database. Billing, stock, GST reports and accounts all work with no connection. Cloud sync only runs if you switch it on.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), MySQL Community Server 8.0 or later (free), 4 GB RAM (8 GB recommended) and 10 GB of free disk space. A single-user setup doesn’t need a dedicated server.
Can I move my data from Tally or MargERP?
Yes. The Data Import Suite supports MargERP (SQL, XLS, DBF), Tally Prime (XML, Excel ledger), Busy (spreadsheet) and KValue, and maps products, groups, ledgers, sales and purchases automatically.
Is it GST compliant?
Yes. CGST, SGST and IGST are calculated on every transaction. You can generate GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2B and GSTR-9 and export JSON for upload to the GST portal.
Can several people use it on our office network?
Yes. Standard adds multi-user over LAN, Professional includes up to 3 users and Enterprise supports unlimited LAN users — all PCs connect to the same local database without internet.
How is my data backed up?
The built-in Backup & Restore utility saves your full database to a folder or USB drive. If you want an off-site copy, optional cloud sync backs up automatically whenever internet is available.
